Penile fracture is real. It is the rupture of one or both of the tunica albuginea, the fibrous coverings which envelops the penis’s corpora cavernosa.
It is caused by rapid blunt force to an erect penis, usually during vaginal intercourse, or aggressive masturbation or as simple as jumping on a mattress with an early morning erection.
Penile fracture can be complicated by urethral disruption.
Here, urine can no longer pass through and a tube has to be used to drain your urine through your belly. Did I mention that if not well managed, you might never attain an erection again?
-Avoid extreme and dangerous sex positions especially where i woman has to be on top
-Be cautious on how you jump on a mattress
-Avoid aggressive masturbation
Some girls do not know that while on cowgirl, the penis should at no instance completely leave the vagina. They allow it to leave and then try to forcefully slip in.
Tip: Make sure you hold her waist to restrain it if you must use this style.
